Starting her own company was no easy task – especially as a mom of two babies born only 11 months apart. Yet, rarely can you stop a woman on a mission. And unstoppable she was as Robin worked to grow her business helping small and mid-sized organizations to meet their critical needs with exceptional, customized HR support.
As a result of building an outstanding reputation as a trusted partner in developing, strengthening, and managing clients’ HR and recruiting functions, the company’s client base quickly grew. In 2021, the first KVP Consultant. brick and mortar office opened in Sycamore Township, giving the team a centralized space where we could work together, connect, and collaborate with each other and our clients.
As the company continued to establish itself as a leader in outsourced human resources, a long list of satisfied clients and many awards have followed. Our team continues to be sought after as keynote speakers and HR trainers both locally and across the nation.
